1. The key differences between a manager and leader are:

- The manager sets goals to achieve. The leader sets a vision and direction to achieve them.

- Managers find ways to control risks and manage. Leaders take risks to accomplish.

- Managers get work done through processes. Leaders get work done through relationships

- Managers have employees to work for them. Leaders have followers to work with them,

- Managers focus on short term goals which are achieving goals. Leaders focus on long term goals which are maintaining relationships.

2. Social corporate responsibility is the accountability that an organization holds towards itself, its stakeholders and public in the community where it exists. In this concept, the organization works in a way that it brings profits to the company and also benefits the society and environment in some way.

3. Yes, it important for leaders and organisations to demonstrate social corporate responsibility because the consumers are aware of their own social responsibility towards the environment while consuming goods. Hence they seek for products and companies taking initiatives to follow the same responsibility. To keep a good brand image and reputation, companies have to prove their existence to be safe and harmless to the environment also benefitting it in some way. Following CSR practices also helps the company in cost-saving and gaining an advantage over competitors. They get an advatnage of better employee and customer engagement.

4. The purpose of an organisation’s vision to define the purpose of the organization to employees and other stakeholders. It gives a direction and motivation to the employees to work on and an impression of what the organization expects to accomplish in future. A mission explains the objectives of the organization which the employees need to attain. It tells the reason for the existence of the organization. Hence mission explains the objectives and vision explains the future goal by accomplishing those objectives.
