Answer- Some ways of educating people about the causes of mood disorders are that we should tell people that mood disorder is not some chronic disease and it can easily be treated by medicines . Mood disorders can be treated easily . Thus we alleviate the stigma associated with them.

People cast out the person who has mood disorders and think that he can transfer his problems to someone else and also his disorders cannot be cured . They think it is lifelong ailment . But if we educate people about the reasons due to which it is caused then we can alleviate the stigma.

We can recommend them some medications , we can advise them to take the help of some natural process like talking, doing some physical exercises etc.
