1. This is a example of endocrine signaling. Growth hormone is secreted from the pituitary. It is the smallest endocrine gland of our body. All endocrine glands are duct less gland. We know hormone are secreted from endocine gland only.

2. Hypothalamus in the brain release Growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) which stimulate pituitary to release growth hormone (GH). Once Growth Hormone in the blood is optimum level then Hypothalamus release Growth hormone inhibiting hormone (GHIH), which act on pituitary and stops releasing of Growth hormone from Pituitay.
