Did you know one of the biggest challenge HR department facing nowadays is tracking a right candidate for the job? Having worked for over 8 years as an HR professional I have build my longevity of innovative recruitment strategies. Let me tell you about my best project. When I first joined as an HR executive, the company was having trouble with attracting the recent graduates from top universities and losing on keeping team productive. I implemented some strategies such as having our management team give talks at premier engineering colleges and universities, letting them know the benefits and growth opportunity our company can offer, which resulted in attracting and hiring the top talent which led the growth of business by almost 50% in next one year span. So, how does your company handle the recruitment issues?".
