Crowd: A group of people working together with common interest.

What kind of cliques or crowds were present when you were in high school?

Based on students interests crowds will be formed in high school. Students who are interested in playing games forms a crowd. Students who are interested in studying forms a crowd. Students who are interested in cultural activities form a crowd. In this way students forms crowds according to their interests.

Now answer to this question is players crowd, readers crowd, dancers crowd, singers crowd, genders crowds etc., kind of cliques or crowds were present when i'm in high school.

From a developmental perspective, why are these groups important to adolescents?

Adolescents : children from 13 to 19 years old comes under adolescents.

Developmental perspective: The change in humans while going through their life.This explains each stage of humans.

School is great place to get socialization. Groups in school also plays key role in developing personality. We have to make friends for our better life. We makes our friends according to our interests. These groups are formed based on interests. So groups are great places to make friends. We can gain knowledge from our group by brain storming. We can take group members help while solving problems.

In that way groups are important to adolescents in developmental perspective.

How do you propose this dynamic is changed?

Formation of groups in schools changing according to time. Because nowadays schools changing standards. Teaching style and presenting style are changing according to technology. So i propose that this dynamic is changing according to time and technology.
