The disturbing practices of Menlo in innovation on the workplace and their products and services are known. The growth of Menlo was slow and steady and has created an ambitious company framework. The culture was focused on the customer's organisation's culture and ethics that was easy to adopt but needed continuity to make working with it easy. The shift in the organization's structure, the lack of hierarchies in business processes and the fact that all workers take on responsibility and' own' their roles to help the company expand. Therefore, Melon has been able to gain the best of his company culture and encourage the innovative thinking of the company. Founders had to incorporate those solutions in order to test and see how the results are and how the organizations benefit from and how they develop. For each company to be innovative, an innovative corporate culture must be developed. Thus develops the company an innovative approach.
