i have done analysis on high employee turonver and I’ve reach a solution that it is best to scedule events to kill boredom such as changing job task , events and workshop as well as recognition system that will recognize employees work and make them feel valued
now I am required to develop 2-3 dashboard using Tableau software. The purpose of the dashboard is to help middle managers makes better decisions regarding the solution in order to reduce the rate of employee turnover.
Now, I want suggestions regarding the implementaions of the solution and what you suggest content of each dashboard ??
the data is going to be based on assumptions so what will I need data ??(2-3 dashboards each about one topic note that each dashboard contains at least 4 charts)

Recognition of excellent performance  and linking it to the pay , majorly reduces employee turnover. Appreciated by the managers , on their extra efforts makes key employees happy.

Rendezvous Social Gathering

Employees like to share what they know; the act of teaching others ensures the employee's own learning. Training others is the best indicator of learning.
