According to a businessperson of this generation the biggest threat to ethics is Social Media. The widespread of social networking os threat to today's business. When an employee on the name of free speech post something related to the business which downgrades business or employer's reputation .To avoid this companies should made social media policies for today's era.

The biggest threat to a today's era businessperson regarding social responsibility is political activism at corporate level.As we have seen so many changes recently like Brexit or policies of Trump. Polarisation is the option we should choose as a businessperson. Big companies can influence public as well as politics. No doubt it can be a risk but there are fair chances to get paid off
