How do you calculate the resistance through a thin spherical shell connecting a potential difference. Say...

How do you calculate the resistance through a thin spherical shell connecting a potential difference. Say on one end of a metallic balloon that is a perfect sphere is a 7200 volt wire and the other end is touching a ground. I just cant figure out how to calculate the resistance through the spherical shell (balloon). Do not give me the answer where you calculate current from inside to outside. In this case the current is flowing over the surface of the balloon.
