The main goal is to pass the law which is beneficial for the citizens of the country and for the economy as a whole. The bill passed needs to be approved by the president so that it becomes a law.
2 - The executive - The executive branch of the government deals with the execution of the laws framed out by the legislative branch above. It ensures that the law is enforced efficiently with proper procedures in every part of the country or the part for which the law was made.
3 - The judiciary. - The main goal of this part of the government is to maintain the law and order in the country and to ensure that the law passed and executed is followed by all. No one is above the law and hence the judiciary decides the punishment for those who do not follow the law. This branch is not under the control of any other part of the government so that the decisions made by it are not baised and it passes the fair judgement .
