volume = 1.79 uL

(b.) LEU plasmid

volume = (mass of plasmid) / (concentration of plasmid)

volume = (1000 ng) / (668 ng/uL)

volume = 1.50 uL

(c.) 1a plasmid

volume = (mass of plasmid) / (concentration of plasmid)

volume = (1000 ng) / (910 ng/uL)
