Answer-

Customer perceptive of quality means the product or service which fulfils their all the expectations from the product or service. Quality can be considered in different forms depending upon what the customer wants from particular product or service. Quality is considered as measure of excellence that satisfies customer completely.

Discuss the key elements in the theory of Constraints?

Answer-

Theory of constraints helps in identifying the constraints that means any hindrances in achieving goals by the companies. Key elements of Theory of constraints are –

  • The Five Focusing steps in identifying and elevating the constraints.
  • The Thinking Process that helps in analysing what is the problem and how that can be solved.
  • Performance measures – There are three performance measures that are throughput, investments and operating expenses that helps in measuring the actual performance.
  • Logistics including drum-buffer-rope scheduling, buffer management and Vat analysis
