Answer #1

Project success is defined by the outcomes. The project selected can only be measured by its success. The failure or success can only be measured by its outcome. It is a true and correct belief that success depends on outcomes. No one can judge what the result will be.

Outcomes define the project, without any results or outcomes the promptness of the project can not be judged correctly. Without any outcome, the person can not know which solution is the best fit solution to the problem. The main counterpart to this belief is the experiments. The success of the experiment can only be judged by its result. Similarly, the success of a mission can only be known when it is accomplished.

The value of meeting or exceeding quality standards relative to project success can be:

  • Leadership: It is very important that the leader carefully carries out the project. This is so because the leader himself or herself guides its team members in successfully completing the project.
  • Involvement of people: The active involvement of people in the project ensures smooth finishing of the project. This ensures that people are taking active initiatives in carrying out the project. Also, people feel connected to the project.
  • Process approach: As the term indicates is the methods that are used or can be used to successfully and smoothly carry out the project. The process relates to the different ideas, techniques or methods that can be used to complete the project.
  • System approach: System relates to the technology used in carrying out the project. So the system chosen must be efficient to complete the project. Also, the system should be able to record or save the data in the database for further reference in the future. The system must be capable of detecting errors in the methods or techniques used for the betterment of the project.

Exceeding these values or standards can lead to failure of the project.
