Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) is a federal law in United States that prohit the citizens and organizations from bribing foreign government officials in order gain benefits with respect to their business interests. All company employees, officers, directors and agents are required to attend mandatory training sessions that give the ideas as to what is prohibited under FCPA guidelines. The company needs to comply with the FCPA compliance and that its policies, procedures and code of conduct should be made as per FCPA guidelines broadly.
