Just In time is an inventory management system, this system creates a strategy which allows raw material to line up in order from the supplier directly which is suitable best according to production time schedules.

MRP and MRP II help to achieve JIT:

MRP(Material Requirement Planning) and MRP II(Manufacturing Resource Planning) are both push strategies while Just In Time is pull strategy. MRP make sure that company uses production schedule and help the company procure raw material to support efficient and effective manufacturing operation while MRP II make sure that company enables streamlining product from manufacturing to shipping which enhances production and packaging of the product and reach to customer in time.
