Since our nervous system is a full pre packed system that.It is like A person can improve its nervous system functionality by taking adequate amount oh vitamins intake ,that can be through food and organic products.Drinking plenty of water and other fluids,this helps prevent dehydration and better oxygen disolution in the body.Nervous system is nothing but a pipeline to deliver data to organs if the body to provide information of different parts to the brain.

Improving nervous system can maintain persons health and also effect in their ageing and a healthy life
