Answer #1

In my opinion, we cannot reliably differentiate values from political ideology. This is because the metrics used to assess person - organization fit and the skillsets required for a particular job in an organization are quite different from the political ideology of the organization or the particular industry.

An organization can use different tactics to find the perfect fit for the job which is not possible from the political ideology perspective. Political ideology is theoretical in nature and does not use any datasets or measurable data points to assess the parameters of organizational operation. Hence it is not possible to reliably differentiate values from political ideology for an organization or industry.
