1) One company I would like to work is Tata Industries and this is because of their CSR and unlike many other companies who just stick to the law and contribute only 2% of their profits to CSR, Tata on the other hand contribute 4% towards CSR where it gets to educate many poor children and the policies what ought to employees and inculcated in them such as wastage of food wasn't tolerated and its chairman ratan Tata is a living example of how an industrialist is where he almost donated to third of its wealth and this shows his dedication
2) one company I don't want to work is LnT and this is because of the fact that it has very long working hours and employee safety is not a tall considered and their CSR activity is not at all good.
