Answer #1

Discussion of a time when I have witnessed measurements used to manage the process

The scientific management signifies a synthesis of the workflow which objectifies the economic efficiency, performance efficiency, cost reduction and economic development (KARURU& OKOLA, 2015). It is advantageous to harmonize the organizational process which includes cost reduction, rapid organizational growth and ensuring a standard living for the workforce of the organization. Thus, the rapid growth and steady workflow is capable to develop the existing performance of the organization which is

capable to submit the project within a certain deadline (KARURU& OKOLA, 2015). I have witnessed a similar situation in my workplace where I work as a project manager. My team was given software which was needed to be submitted overnight. The scientific management has enabled my team members to work more efficiently by reducing the production cost and increasing the per capita income of the team members and later the project was submitted successfully in the deadline. The measurements

used in scientific management include the reduction of production cost and increaseing the per capita income of the employee.

The measurements used to get the result were optimal as the reduction of software production cost and increase in the per capita income for the team members went beneficial for the successful completion of the project.
