Answer #1

Earlier, the team member had to be physically accessible. But it has altered with the evolution of technology. The members of the Virtual Global Management team are involved in a project without any physical contact with other employees, delivering the project on time and connecting with techniques to each other. There is no doubt that in contemporary times, virtual teams are becoming very important because it saves time and money and brings together for debate individuals who are geographically dispersed. But it is also true that there is a possibility of misunderstanding without face-to-face debate and it has a negative impact. Second, staff feel isolated from the company's headquarters and ignorant. Sometimes when they have not received adequate appreciation and recognition for their job, the staff lose interest in job.

The other dilemmas are dealing with the distinct cultural differences, as team members are in distinct locations, distance obstacles, time shortages, etc.

I remembered one experience as part of a virtual squad when I was part-time affiliated with a company. For me, it wasn't very experience because most of the time, I don't have a lot of information to do my job and they didn't take my application seriously because of other job that might have more priority in their position. So I feel very isolated and ignorant about my company's senior and that's why I quit my job because it didn't interest me to demonstrate my abilities and capabilities.
