The National bicycle saw that their sports bicycle were having high craze and were brought by rich people. Therefore, they started to build their business depending on the craze for sports bicycles. Firstly ordered a custom version of a sports bicycle and then they were made and delivered to the customers within two weeks.
The National bicycle improved its supply chain management through a responsive supply chain that worked upon the principle of demand and production. A customer used to go through all the option s available to her or him and ordered a sports bicycle which was then sent to the factory. The entire product was then handed over to the customer within two weeks. This radically increased the percentage of sales.
