2. Supply chain management system

Supply chain professionals try to capture all of that because integrating different data from different data sources gives users the ability to analyze and make effective business decisions. They will also help to improve order delivery to customers on time and with quality.
1. If ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system not have in the supply chain system then it will affect delivery negatively. Accounting, inventory control and human resource functions are linked to it and if it company have not it then it may make the delivery late or without quality.
2. Supply chain management system manages the whole supply chain and if it is not in the system then company will make errors or mistakes in supply chain.
3. Government provides information about its policies, rules and procedures and if it is not in the system then company may produce and deliver those goods which are illegal according to government and can come in legal troubles.
4. Suppliers provide information about when they are delivering the required material and of which quality. If this information is not which supply chain then they get the delivery unwanted and without need of that on that time. And when needed then they not receive supplies.
5. Customers are the end users for them we are making products. What they need, future demands, their perception, requirement, etc. company can know from them but if they are not having that information then they make products which are not according to customer’s need and in result the product will be a fail.
6. Social media gives lots of information about customers. If company not has that information then they cannot know about the recent trends in the market, what customers are liking and what not. Our company’s product’s liking or disliking in the market and what changes customers need in next product.
