In operations management, What did you accomplish in the past that you are most proud of? How does that reflect your greatest strength?
In the past being an operational leader, I have improved the Quality and Service level agreement of the task being done by my team to near perfection. I did it by investing my time in understanding the process in detail, spending time with my team member and optimizing the process. It bears great confidence in my team and also due to this, overall SLA and Quality of the team improved many folds.
This reflects my strength as a leader who focuses and have an employee and process-centric approach who has an eye for detail and can understand things in detail. This also reflects my participative leadership style.
