Solution:

In my previous job of I has multiple parts of my job that relate directly to my operations management course. I had to place the orders for the customers hence I needed the knowledge of legal operations contracts. Then dealing with the timelines for the manufacturing and setting the lead time for the order. Then managing the ground-level operations to manage a team of engineers who will be doing the actual job. Ordering the material from the China warehouse and hence taking care of the supply chain activities and tracking than to ensure we have the order status ready to send it to the customer.

Then was the actual delivery of the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction hence providing a good after-sales service. Hence, all the parts of the job involved a lot of parts from the operations management course and these are all the concepts that I can apply directly to my job.
