Based on leadership, leadership style, and servant leadership, in my opinion, the best piece of advice is “treat your people as the assets, as they are the only assets that create other assets.”
How will this help you in your career and personal life?
I aim to become a successful entrepreneur, so leadership skills are very important to me.
According to different leadership theories and servant leadership, people are the greatest asset. This will help me to understand other’s emotions by improving listening skills and developing empathy for others. When one understands others and help them to grow, people become loyal to them. Loyalty from people will help me to establish and grow my own venture, as in new businesses, the entrepreneur requires people who can resemble with the value system of the company and devote extra efforts to complete the tasks.
In my personal life, the advice will help me to be emotionally balanced and build positive relationships with friends and relatives. The positive relationship with friends and relatives will lead to stress-free, happy, and peaceful life.

Personal and professional integrity refers to the honesty an individual possesses and reflects in personal and professional life. High level of integrity shows high dependability and reliability. The advice of understanding people and their emotions will help me to build a trusting and respectful relationship with others and demonstrating the responsible behavior that will create my own identity. It will increase my integrity in professional set up. It will help me to motivate the employees and influence them to achieve goals.
On the personal front, better relationships with friends will increase my integrity in society.
