Every employee must be given an equal opportunity to correct their unethical behavior. This is because:

1. In the eyes of the company, every employee should be equal. There should be no aspect of favoritism and this should be reflected in the company policies.

2. If a long term employee is given more opportunity, then it will give a bad signal to new joiners about the company and it is not healthy for organizational culture management.

3. Such a practice may hamper the relationships between employees (short as well long term) who have to work in teams, so it will hamper the team performance.

4. As per company policies, every employee must be given equal opportunity and assistance to correct their unethical behaviors.
