I am having type A personality. Therefore, my personality reflects more strife, higher ambitiousness,h work involvement, high blood pressure/ hypertension, aggression, hostility, hustle and rustle/ being in hurry, being much more organised.
I would like to make certain positive changes in my personality like-
1- being obvious and natural and be less aggressive.
2- not to be ambitious every moment but live each moment with all the involvement and indulgence.
3- having good eating habits, exercise and meditation so that blood pressure tends to be a normal one.
4- not to live life like a machine, but being at ease and enthusiastic.
