Population mean = 500

Population standard deviation = 200

No. Of sample = 30

Standard error of the sampling distribution = population standard deviation/sqrt(n) = 200/sqrt(30) = 200/ 5.4772 = 36.51

So its answer is B. I.e. 36.51
