• It is essential to provide tiered roles to the concerned people. The reason behind this is that in tiered roles one person is allowed for permissions that are limited whereas the other person may have permissions that are more than the other member. This helps in allowing members to be able to manage only the functions that lie within their roles and they will not have permission to alter anything else other than their permitted functions.
  
  This helps in a big way because we can keep track of disputes arising and hence allocate certain disputes to people who are into that particular function. This makes it easy for them sort the issues and provide a great customer support. Hence, it is desirable that the roles are assigned as per different tiers.
