1) Yes mainly people fear to speak in public because of the lack of confidence, lack of experience and disability to face public.
2) Methods to eliminate speaker apprehension through proper practices, learning, collecting information topic, through experience and keep engaging people through discussion and debate on topics. Training is also effective to eliminate speaker apprehension on speaking and discussing.
3) Yes I have this fear little more because lack of experience to face public and speak on any topic but i have much improved myself because few year back I was not even face people. I have improved myself through learning, practicing, listening to motivational speaker and leader and developing a habit of talking in public.
