Collaboration is a goal-oriented, mutually beneficial process used to address problems, promote strengths, resolve differences, and educate involved individuals through shared responsibility for the outcomes of the collaborative process.Having such a team helps to assemble the mass knowledge required to pull off many of the complex tasks businesses faces today.The whole community consist of people from various background with extensive knowledge in their respective field and a collaborative team is formed when people with different experience and exposure come together to reach a common objective .here collaborating individuals are considered as equal partners identifying and working toward a common goal by sharing resource,knowledge and skills each one of them possess.For example if we look into cricket team of any country it is mix of people having different capabilities coming together in making of a winning team.There are batsman ,bowlers,wicket keepers. In fact the bowling team has variations that consists of pacers,spinners,fast bowlers .Hence a combination of all helps the team to win the game .It is impossible to win the match with the individuals having same skill set similarly is with the organizational teams different people come together to achieve a common goal efficiently.hence a planning team must consist of mix of people such as technical,financial,marketing ,service team all collaborating together to form a perfect team.
