The list can store element of any data type from integer, floating-point to string that is list are heterogeneous. whereas, an array can only store elements of one data type either integer or any other data type that is arrays are homogenous.

For example: The list= [ 1, 2.34, "hello" , 12] and array=[ 1, 4, 5, 2, 56, 12]

The next difference lies in the type of operations we can perform on both of these types. For example, we cannot divide the list by any number let 3, but we can divide an array of an integer by 3.
