As per Chegg guidelines I can solve only one question at a time,so I have done only one.

1) Increasing population is one of the important factor. The need if urbanization, project increases with population.

2) Global warming: Increases in temperature day by day can lead to destruction of dams etc.

3)Illetracy : Lack of education can also lead to vulnerablity .

4) Government actions. Legal policies are important to continue the project without any hesitation.
