In present time families are going through a tough phase. Materialism has become so much dominant in our society which causes unreasonable comparisons with each other. This comparison remain concentrated for gaining materialistic pleasures.

This creates a negative competition and families become victim of stress which may cause family splits. Size of families are reducing in present time. Trend of nuclear families is getting a dominance in society. If fewer family members will be there then chances of effective communication reduces significantly which may create various other types of mental tensions.

Social media and technology is capturing our senses. Now a days, family members do not talk with each other. They remain engaged in their mobile phones. They prefer to chat rather than to talk. They may have so many virtual friends but in reality they remain isolated.

This keep on increasing their mental agony which results in negative behavioural aspects. Parents are also finding themselves entangled in fight of managing various things between their personal and professional lives. It is causing family splits.

Emotional regulations of family members is also on downside. When people do not talk then various problems along with negative energies keep on mounting and a sudden outbursts may take place which destroys basic family structure.

Number of divorces have been increased which shows the lack of love among family members. Adjusting nature is missing which creates various social problems. It ultimately affects our personal and professional lives.
