Answer #1

ANSWER :

If a person had a disease like liver cirrhosis or hepatitis (chronic liver disorder), that interfered with their ability to absorb fats from their diet would be more difficult to absorb folate (folic acid) from the digestive tract because folate stored in the bile of liver with folate binding proteins (FBP), which is mostly found in dairy products like cheese & fermented milk. However, vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin.
