Answer #1

Due to lost of large amount ob blood lost during the surgery blood pressure will fall .

In Nervous system the activity of sympathetic nervous system is activated to maintain arterial pressure.

In urinary system due to decrease blood flow leads to decrease blood supply to kidney causes abnormal kidney function.it causes reduced glomerular filtration rate. Thus decreased urine output.

In blood loss endocrine system activate the renin-angiotensin system to release Anti diuretic hormone which causes vasoconstriction of blood supply to kidney GIT and other organs to maintain continuous blood flow to heart lungs and brain
