A- Self serving bias-
It refers to the reflection in terms of the attributions of successes to the one's own/ internal facets.and that of the failures to the external facets.
For example, 1- A person whom i know got promoted and there was a handsome salary hike with further better incentives because he worked hard, he was sincere, punctual, proactive, and eventually an exceptionally fabulous employee.
2- Another person from my native place got fired because he feels that the organisation is unnecessarily firing employees, organisation does not care for good employees and the boss is a very bad, hopeless, silly person.
B- Locus of control-
It is classified into two sub- types.
Internal locus of control- This is a belief and tendency that a person/ an individual is capable of controlling own fate.
External locus of control- The belief and tendency that there is no control over the external aspects and these external aspects finally decide your fate as if everything escaped from your hands.
