Explain how homeostasis of body temperature is maintained when a person is outside on a cold, winter day by:
Skin, largest organ of the body, acts as a barrier between the
internal and external environment thus allowing us to maintain
homeostasis. It is the largest sensory organs of the body and
senses different noises or differences taking place in the external
environment and triggers defence responses. It is stated in some
recent papers that temperature of skin is the body's temperature
and the thermo cutaneous signals give feedback thereby maintaining
thermoregulation.
The three main mechanisms of homeostasis are: blood pressure, body
fluid, body temperature, blood sugar and gas concentration.
Homeostasis is maintained by the entire body including nervous
system, exocrine gland, endocrine gland and many others.

When body temperature falls due to the extremecold outside, vaso
contaction of skin and lymph blood vessels help to maintain the
temperature. The blood flow near the skin increases thereby
increasing the temperature of the body. The skin triggers shivering
so that the skin and vessels contract and keep you as warm as
possible.

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
