Communication style can be considered as the aspect of understanding the medium of communication and the approach an individual takes to complete the communication process as effectively as possible. We can say that the perception of the level of understanding and the values of the individuals can be considered when we look at their communication style which includes their actions and their behavior as well.
Communication creates the necessary understanding between the
two parties and therefore the style an individual chooses to
communicate can form the basis of discerning their outlook. The
sales process can be benefited if the individual recognizes the
importance of being able to modulate their communication style to
better suit the needs of the customers. This is why we can say that
the way an individual communicates can be considered to be the
