1.The importance and benefits of professionals medical communication are :-

- it enhance patients compliance to treatment.

- improves patient satisfaction.

- it helps in physician satisfaction and self assurance.

- it contributes to cost and resource effectiveness.

- decreases malpractice claims

- increase productivity and rise to institutional gains.

2. Constituency means a group of people with shared interests . Constituency is a key area of health communication because in a healthcare setting ,the patient is not cared by any one professional member ,there are different professional members included in care of patient like doctor, nurse ,dietician, physiotherapist etc . All of them must share a common interest that is care of patient for early health outcome and diacharge and also should have effective communication inbetween along with common interest for the goal attainment.
