• Business decisions are taken more effectively for a better organization prospect. Usually, business decisions can be favourable or unfavourable depending on the needs of the company and its other stakeholders. Decisions should be sound, coherent and according to the standards of the industry. If I being an owner of a company and were to make a business decision, then I would change the work culture and its environment. Normally this would happen by introducing new talents, techniques, tolls, measurement, goals and objectives within the organization and its employees. I would introduce on projects that are feasible for the industry by inviting clients, customers, business partners, suppliers and other stakeholders. This would naturally emerge competition among rivalries in the market. New invention and innovation would help in catering to the industry needs and technology will be of utmost importance to achieve organizational goals. People management skills, leadership qualities, management decisions and selection of right products and services will form an essential requirement for the success of a company. Making the right choice of product and services with an agreed price would help to make a correct financial picture of the company. Financial decisions would impact a lot with respect to the operations that company performs. I would implement new organizational structure along with certain rules and procedures which would help to achieve goals. New ideas, information and knowledge across various domains will nurture the employees, their morale and satisfaction. And of course, engage themselves among different concepts and thoughts will bring a rapid change in the development of the industry. Also, few risks are associated along with each type of decisions.

  So, these decisions according to me will form a strong justification since being an owner of a company you should be responsible for every action that you take. After all, the entire company's reputation and position rests on your shoulder. Any wrong or misjudged action will lead to a great amount of loss, face risk and turbulence in the management. The points that are mentioned above forms the basic core ingredient for the success of any company.
