As per my suggestions to make his/her business, a software development company, more efficient is that there are so many strategies need to be planned while establishing the new software development company, because as we know that the "precaution is better than cure" I mean to say that it is better to design a plan before establishing any business or a software development company.

There are some key points which need to remember before going for establishing business or software development companies are as follows:-

1.  Clear Your Work Environment: - This means that to keep the working environment healthy, positive and distraction-free. Because, In our current era of digital media, the internet is full of distractions coming your way, And also An uninterrupted workflow is a productive one.

2. Organizing the priorities:- This is another thing that needs to be remembered that Improving your documentation and keeping everything updated and prioritized will greatly help your development process. And, during the end of your one day workshop you should also arrange the list of work for the next day according to their priorities.

3. Planning for Development process:- This is the very important phase of your developing company in which you should have to plan how to prepare to achieve the target, and what are the requirements needed during the process. This all problems solutions are basically planned in this phase.

4. Don't do overwork:- This is also one of the very important phase which we should remember, Generally many programmers will stand as they work as sitting at a desk for long periods of time can be incredibly detrimental to your health. And this also leads to distracting your mind to give it's 100%.

5. Choose Best Suitable Model:- This is the last phase where we decide the best fit model for our software company. And nowadays many companies were working on the Agile model, which are very efficient and produce good results and provides good product, which satisfy the customer requirement.

And, now we come to the point that, Will the company and it's business processes be better coordinated through the use of information systems? And, the answer is YES.

Because the information system plays a very important role in creating business strategies and it also decides when and what to produce store and move, rapidly communicate orders, track the status of the orders, check inventory availability and monitor inventory level, reduce inventory, transportation, and warehousing costs, track shipments, plan production based on actual customer demand and rapidly communicate changes in product design.
