Around 3 percent of world population lives in another country. Continuous hike in population create instability which makes difficult in estimating the number of international immigrants. There is no standardized way with the help of which countries can measure migration level due to which it's is difficult to do comparison. Unrecorded migration constitute new and different challenges. Computing the effect of migration is difficult due to lack of census in relation to applying quantitative pproach. Shortage of comparable data creates barrier in utilizing the effective public policy for better results.
