Below is the interest, right and power based responses that are encountered in task or process related disagreement situations:

In any task these disagreements are very common due to interest, power and right because there are different people are engaged in the task to perform and their coordination and understanding should match to perform a task in such a way that bring good results. But most of the cases during or after the process there are so many disagreement situation lets discuss in detail:

Interest based: This is defined as people that are having lack of interest in the process to coordinate and accompany.

  • Lack of interest in the process to perform
  • Not able to handle the task that can be due to lack of interest and knowledge in the task
  • Disinterest in the assigned task, not interest to perform the assigned task
  • Lack of coordination, no coordination between the team members that are involved in the task
  • Irresponsible behaviour because of lack of interest behaves irresponsible in doing that particular task
  • Structural disagreement is one of the most effective because a proper structure is not followed in the task.

Right based responses: when a few people are given rights than these issues or disagreement occurs in the task

  • Proper right assignment, task performing rights and decision making is more important.
  • Disagree with the leader, if a leader is not allowing to perform the rights that are assigned than this disagreement situation occurs
  • Lack of coordination with the rights, if only few people are given rights to perform is also a major disagreement situation.

  • Misuse of power, mostly occurs during power allotment
  • Partiality between people is also one of the reason for the disagreement situation
  • No transparency, if there is no transparency the disagreement situation occurs because of the results that are not satisfying
