Answer: It is little bit difficult to teach health promotion strategies to a patient and many times ethical issues have to be encountered. The patient needs more encouragement and patience as they easily do not understand many things which are better for them. As sometimes it is not good for the patient to talk to their family members while getting the treatment. Patient with chronic pneumonia should take precaution while talking, because due to breathlessness becomes problematic in talking but the patient did not understand these problems and continue with their conversation and make their health more complex.
