Q. No. 1. Answer :

Health screening and Health promotion activities :

* Under the health promotion activity, health education, health screening, and prevention of diseases may come.

* Health promotion it is a process of control over diseases and improve their health by mainly focusing on individual behavior, towards social and environmental interventions.

I have encountered some problems while providing health promotion activities to people.

Like cultural, religious, and literacy and age problems.

That means some of the cultural and religious beliefs and rules and regulations they will not follow some of health care activities and health promotion activities.

For example by eating good protein diet we can reduces the malnutrition in children, but some culture people may not eat non-vegetarian food, so that all the proteins may not received from vegetables.

So, by giving health education also regarding malnutrition and protein importance they are not follow some health promotion activities.

Next due to some of illiteracy the peoples can not listen our wards like health promotive activities.

For example vaccination to the child, when I went for community to provide vaccine for child , her mother was not accepted to take vaccine, because her baby got fever for first dose of vaccination.

By giving so much of explanation also she didn't accept to take vaccine.

Above this I got experience like still cultural, and religious and illiteracy status is affecting on health promotion activities.

So that by providing health information to the remote area people through showing vedios on health problems like malnutrition and polio, tetanus and measles side effects ,we can improve their knowledge.

So that we can promote the health of the peoples.

Q. No 2. Answer :

Children or infants mainly they will get the disease prevention and health promotion by vaccination.

The above expaination also we can apply here.

Because lack of vaccines there is a chance to get Diphtheria, pertusis, tetanus, polio, measles, mums, rubella, tuberculosis etc.

Due to lack of awareness regarding vaccinations and illiteracy and transportation problem they may not receives health promotion services.

To promote this activities As A Registered nurse I will show some vedios regarding health issues due to lack of vaccination.

Awareness regarding transportation facilities like 108, 104, now new is 102 services like Thalli-Bidda express, those are uses for transportation during emergencies.

Like this I will provide information to the people.
