Health promotion activities are the recent trends handled by the health care sector to reach to the public. An incident like when promoting health activity for a older population with chronic illness will have a lot of queries. For example if a patient asks "is this health promotion activity needed for me at this age".Though the question is simple handling this situation by giving an appropriate explanation will always be difficult. It can be taken in two angles like the patient being innocent or eager to know the benefit at this age and healthcare professionals in a dilemmatic way to answer.

This experience can make a professional to have a clear knowledge of what to be done when ,how,where and to whom.It gives an idea of how to handle and response a difficult situations.
