. In your clinical diary, describe a situation in which you have observed infants or children who did not receive the disease prevention or health promotion services they needed. How would you like this defender of this problem? What could you do now?

When i was working in a school health programme i noticed that some children age morethan 7 years were not getting paticipated in the vaccination programme which was given through schools and colleges to prevent transmission of chicken pox.They were afraid of taking injection.Thus,they stood away from the camp.proper awarness would be given to parents and teachers to make their children comfortable for recieving vaccination.as a health person i tried my best to make them understand about the importance of injection through flash cards,charts ,stories, by showing the severity of disease.Made them sure that they dont feel too much pain by taking injection.Told their friends to consolve them by telling their experiences.This is what i did in that situation inorder to enhance the quality of life and spreading of disease.it is very difficult to manage them as they were small children and not enough mature to undestand the importance.but somehow i succed to give vaccines to the whole children in that school.
