Walgreens can enter Spain through a partnership with a Spanish family-owned business named Mercadona. Mercadona is a supermarket brand in Spain. This will help Walgreens to ease the issues arising from operating business in a different culture with a different language as well.

In my opinion, I am optimistic about the success of the company because Walgreens is an established pharmacy brand in the USA and with the market reach of Mercadona, Walgreens can set up its own pharmaceutical stores in Spain. Furthermore, this will also attract the English speaking customers that are looking for products to buy from a reliable brand.
