Brownian Motion : The non stop,haphazard and random motion of particles is called Brownian motion.

Kinetic theory of gases comes into picture when we calculate the force on particles by calculating osmotic pressure which is given as :

P=nKT

n= number of particles;

K=boltzmann constant;

T=temperature;
